Oasis Fluorocarbon strings are made from the same
high quality material as the GPX classical guitar strings, but
formulated with optimum diameters and tensions for Ukuleles.
Fluorocarbon gives the ukulele a crisp sound with
clear projection. Oasis introduced these new Smooth Wound Low G string
made with a nylon core and with a phosphor bronze wrap at the 2015 NAMM
show in Anaheim, California. This new string created a major sensation
with the ukulele crowd at the show. This set is the Bright set. The
smooth wound low G reduces or eliminates string noise and gives your
instrument the beautiful mellow tone you expect from your ukulele. The
strings are twice as long as normal and can be cut in two so each
package contains two sets of strings.
Chuck Moore of Moore Bettah Ukes makes some of the most sought after
