If an item is not paid for within 7 days from the purchase date, we report the item to Ebay as an unpaid item.
International buyers are responsible for all
duty and taxes relating to importing items into their country. We do not
mark items as gifts or declare values lower than the selling price.
Those items on which we will consider an offer
lower than the listing price are clearly marked as Best Offer. If an
item is not marked as "Best Offer" we do not respond to offers lower
than the listing price.
We ship many of our items internationally,
others we do not for a variety of reasons, such as restrictions based on
our dealer agreements, lack of the availability of adequate shipping
insurance or size restrictions. If a listing does not indicate
international shipping, please do not ask if we will ship
internationally, we will not respond.
We are an authorized dealer for all of the
items (except pre-owned) that we have listed on Ebay, and all items are
in stock. Our items are also for sale locally and on our website. When
we sell items through other sales channels we remove the Ebay listings
as soon as we possibly can. There may be rare instances where an item
sold locally or on our website is sold on Ebay prior to our being able
to remove the listing. If that happens, we will advise you immediately.
We always leave positive feedback in response to positive feedback left for us.
We price our items at what we believe is a
fair price, or at the Manufacturers Mandated Minimum Advertised Price,
This means that once we list an item, we will not reduce the listed
price.
We work very hard to maintain our
high positive feedback rating. If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can
attempt to remedy the situation.
