The
Furch Red Master’s Choice model represents the top line of Furch’s
all-solid-woods guitars that are built using the very best materials and the
most advanced production technologies, including top and back voicing, the
revolutionary Furch CNR System® neck joint, and Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish.
This model has the Grand Auditorium shape with cutaway, and it is made from
master grade tonewoods – the soundboard features Sitka spruce, and the back and
sides are made from Indian rosewood. The beauty of the woods is underscored by
a host of appointments – a premium concentric-ring rosette, koa binding and
tail decoration, and a ziricote bridge, fingerboard and headstock overlay. The
fingerboard features front mother-of-pearl leaf inlays, a similar shape adorns
also the headstock, rendered in green abalone. Thanks to the combination of
premium materials and state-of-the-art production technologies, Furch Red
Master’s Choice guitar is top-class instrument with an attractive look and
superb acoustic qualities. It produces clear, open tones that are finely
balanced across the entire tonal spectrum.
The
Furch Red Master’s Choice model is fitted with the LR Baggs Stagepro Anthem
system, which combines a bridge pickup, an internal microphone, and a
side-mounted preamp. The guitar comes with a heavy-duty Hiscox hardshell case.
Remarkable
sound
Sound
is the most important consideration for Furch guitars. Their excellent acoustic
qualities are the result of state-of-the art technologies, proprietary
production processes and precision craftsmanship combined with the use of the
best available tonewoods. Furch Red Master’s Choice guitar is no fluke. Hear
its exceptional sound quality for yourself on the Furch Website with
Tonepedia’s app. You can compare its unique sound with other Furch models and
also guitars from other manufacturers.
Unique
voicing process
The
premium nature of Furch Red Master’s Choice guitar is underscored by the fact
that both the soundboard and the back plate are individually tuned using the
voicing process, our proprietary technology that enhances the instrument’s tonal
properties to the highest level. Thanks to that, Furch Red Master’s Choice
guitar is a crystalline clear, harmonically rich, balanced, and highly dynamic
sound across the entire tonal spectrum.
Exceptional
finish
The
instrument is protected by our proprietary Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish, which
has been developed to enhance the guitar’s tonal qualities. The finish consists
of an ultrathin layer of highly resistant lacquer that provides excellent
surface protection and accentuates the structure of the wood at the same time.

Furch
CNR System® Neck Design
A
high precision, dual-action truss rod maintains neck stability and allows for
fine adjustment of the neck relief, bilaterally. The truss rod is housed in a
highly rigid carbon casing which enables a very smooth and controlled neck
relief, ensuring the best playability and enduring optimal setup.
1.
A fully adjustable dual-action truss rod for highly precise
adjustment of the neck bow in both the convex and concave directions.
2.
A highly rigid carbon casing that maintains the neck in the set
position over a period much longer than is the case with standard neck joint
designs and, at the same time, facilitates a gradual bow in the neck, a factor
of essential importance for playability.
3.
A casting made of special alloy located inside the neck heel that
ensures a stable position of the neck and its angle vis-à-vis the body.
Exotic
ziricote
The
bridge, fingerboard and headstock overlay are made from exotic wood ziricote,
which beautifully contrasts with the spruce soundboard.
Premium
rosette made from koa
The
soundhole is adorned by a rosette featuring a premium solid koa ring with a
green abalone inlay. Koa is also used on tail decoration and body, fingerboard
and headstock binding.
Exotic
leaf inlays
The
fingerboard is adorned with gorgeous mother-of-pearl leaf front inlays. A
similar pattern is rendered in green abalone on the headstock.
