for auction is a brand new Trem Nut 5010. Please note, these items are
bought in bulk and do not have the factory packaging that individual
items have. They are brand new and never used.
One of the key causes of
tuning frustration is string binding at the nut. TREM-NUTS alleviate the
binding grip of the nut on the string and reducing friction between the
nut material and the string. This is accomplished using a nut
manufactured from an engineered resonant base material impregnated with
Teflon. As strings move across a TREM-NUT, they shear open microscopic
“capsules” loaded with millions of “ball bearing” type lubricants. For
strings, it’s like a hardwood floor covered in marbles... strings roll
back into tune. It’s that simple! TREM-NUTs are factory-installed by
many major guitar manufacturers including Carvin, Parker Guitars, Brain
Moore Custom Guitars, Steinberger, and the Fender Custom Shop for good
reason: TREM-NUT will keep your guitar in tune longer than graphite,
bone plastic or synthetic nuts. In addition, a TREM-NUT has crystal
clear tone and sustain.
Same as the 5000 trem nut except with a flat bottom for import Strat guitars.
