Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on
the Guitars Plus USA website.
The only personal information we collect is during an order process. This includes your name, address, shipping address, phone number, and if ordering by phone, your credit card information. We do not collect credit card information directly through our website as that is handle via the PayPal system.
We use the personal information collected from you to process and ship your order. Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose, and is not shared.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to us.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable order information by sending us a request detailing the errors. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing orders or making corrections. In the unlikely event any of the personal information you supply us online is misused, you may redress these issues by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only ship within the USA and to Canada. Some items are only for sale within the US. Canadian customers should check store listings to make sure an item is not marked for purchase in the US only.
Free shipping only applies to the contiguous, lower 48 states. Extra charges apply to other states, territories and Canada. Please email in advance of purchase to determine shipping costs.
We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible. In most cases, unless specified otherwise, items purchased and paid for are shipped the next business day, but at most, within 48 hours. Items purchased and paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. During the Christmas shopping season we may take a little longer to get your order out. Guitars and larger items are shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, with a tracking number provided to you by e-mail. Note that it is Fedex policy to require a signature for all items with a declared value of $500 or greater. Smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail.
Please note, for security purposes we can only ship to your credit card billing address. For PayPal purchases we can only ship to your confirmed PayPal account address.

We accept all major credit cards for orders placed by phone. For online orders we accept PayPal.
Return Policy (see sections 1,2,3) :
1) Items damaged in shipping:
Most goods are shipped and will arrive without incident. In rare cases, an item could be accidentally damaged by the carrier. If your item is damaged during shipping, notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. We will then file a damage claim, and provide you with a prepaid return shipping method for the damaged item. As soon as we receive the damaged item and verify the damage, we will ship out a new item at no cost to you, or issue a refund in the event we don't have a replacement.
2) Defective items:
If your item is defective, notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. We will make arrangements to have your item picked up and returned to us, at our expense. Upon receipt we will inspect the item and verify the defect. A new item will then be shipped out to you within 2 business days at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will provide you with an instrument of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund.
Note: In cases where a returned "defective" item is found to be working properly, we will issue a refund of the item price, less the return shipping charge and a 15% re-stocking fee.
3) Items no longer wanted:
You may return any item for a refund. You must notify us by e-mail that you wish to return the item within 7 days after you receive it. The item must be returned at your expense by an insured shipping method. It must be in original condition (with no signs of wear or use) and packed with all original packaging materials. Upon return in satisfactory condition, we will refund the item purchase price, the outbound shipping fee is not refundable. Where an item was purchased with free shipping or shipping included in the purchase price, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price.
All returns require that you contact Guitars Plus prior to making the return so that we can advise you how to proceed.
If you wish to return an item, please contact email@example.com. Once you have obtained all return instructions from us, the item must be returned to Guitars Plus within a period of (1) weeks (some exceptions apply for distant locations), or the return will not be accepted.
If a shipment is returned to Guitars Plus because it is undeliverable to the address provided, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, and will deduct the original shipping charge to cover the cost of shipping your order. Undeliverable is defined as:
shipments where we were given an incorrect/incomplete shipping address which resulted in a return, or
shipments that were refused or not accepted by the receiver, or
shipments where no-one was present to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts and notices by the carrier.
We do not automatically re-ship undeliverable packages.
